I want to suggest few things-
1-Gallery app opening should be fast.
2-Photos loading is very slow that we can optimized.
3-Add one more feature which face detection in gallery so that photos can be directly organized as per person face.

The gallery is already perfect!

The date format in Gallery (and other apps) should follow the regional settings

Ok guys... let's talk about the SO features more than an app (the Gallery)...
- I would like to be able to Print... like any other Android
- Smart Lock

Video and Photos should be in the same app, why have a separate video app??.....

1. It would be good if we can specify and/or exclude folders of which content we want or don't want to see in gallery. I have tons of album pictures in the music library, don't need those in gallery.

2. Beside the Photo and Gallery tabs, there should be a Private, which is protected with password/touch sensor for private content.

1) If you upgrade to the new firmware, and go to the gallery app - very long opened anything image and very long "cached" in memory all images in gallery(I mean cached thumbnails), whether it is possible to fix it and make faster "cached" all image?  and sometimes even already cached images for a long time when flipping open the gallery if you do not understand what I mean, here's the video :) - https://drive.google.com/file/d/ ... Suggestion: The swipe left on the first picture taken from camera to open the camera should be present in Gallery like the Stock android. It is very convenient to open the camera that way instead of closing the Gallery app and launching the Camera app from the launcher.
