Thank you for this assistance, I thought my phone was gone forever! I tried several times and it did not work. A very important step is to disconnect your computer after you have placed the .zip file in the recovery folder. I hope that helps.

Nothing work for me. I tried to use the terminal emulator, to place the update file to the recovery folder, to download via wlan, to download using pc but i didn't solve the problem of updating. I have a Meizu m2 note M571H as model and the build number is 5.1.12.0G. Help me plase.
