I also solved my problem.

1. Settings (Einstellungen) > take  Flyme Account and log in
2. Settings > Security >Rootoption yes and confirm
3. download this data: chid.sh and copy to Meizu M2 Note (same position as update.zip)

4. download a Terminal Emulator
5. start Terminal Emulator
write Code:
su
Now question to allow Root  > yes and confirm

6. then next code into the terminalwindow:

sh /sdcard/chid.sh   
Attention there is a blank after sh !!!

7. then Flyme Firmware run as standard. (copy to phone and start with "start and loudness button")

I tried as you described above, but after writing "su" , appears a message "connection to UI timed out".
I continued with "sh /sdcard/chid.sh", it restarted, then I entered into recovery with volume up + on/off, it begun to check the firmware and it says "firmare corrup".
How can I upgrade my software?

Problem solved. The message about firmware corrupt appeared because I tried to install a different firmware from mine. My phone is A version and I tried to install G version firmware. I found the proper firmware for my phone A and it worked to install and upgrade. Now I can update to the last version of Fly me OTA (over the air) only by searching the update fron my phone. I don't have to install anymore any archives via USB .

I just saw problem u have man... maybe its late but just to say if someone else have same problem....
I see that nobody said to u that there is two version of Flyme. On the end is version "G" and "Y" so if u tried to install G version on Y,...it will always said that is corrupt! so thats it

I have root my device ..and my device is running on Meizu chinise rom.. but I want to  install global rom... I had tried so many times update.zip. but its always showed firmware currpt..and i also tried chid.sh.. emulte

m not agree sorry but I tried A G I Beta stable 3rd party all rocking on mah device that's why I love Meizu
