How to turn on root on my Pro 5?


  • You must have Flyme Account created and be logged in on your device.
  • Depending on which OS you have:
    For Flyme OS 5:
    - Settings -> Fingerprint and security
    - ROOT -> Accept (phone will restart)
    - You have ROOT permissions.
    For Flyme OS 4.5:
    - Settings -> Flyme Account
    - Click on your nick (1st option) -> Open system privillages
    - Accept :)
  • Congratulations, you have ROOT permissions enabled.

NOTICE:
After upgrading your OS you must repeat those steps, because update will turn off root privillages.
