Yes :) OTA is independent from root :) If you use stable version, you will receive OTA updates. Only beta updates are not pushed by OTA :)

Rooted phones don't get OTA Updates. I always got my weekly OTA update on the Chines ... Well, if you were using beta, you weren't able to get OTA. They wrote, that beta is without OTA.
