I just added these codes in n build_prop given in pic

Actual works done by the driver that has to be device specific. During building the firmware, they just disabled it in the building property of the firmware due to missing driver of mt6735 4G IMS. Otherwise firmware couldn't be built. He just rooted the firmware and modified the building property sheet and restarted the phone but due to missing driver VoLTE didn't work.

Example, every phone companies during the JIO FREE Mela, provided patch in zip package that had to be installed in the phone, that patch had a bin file. That bin file was the driver that actually enabled the VoLTE in the phone. There are some more technical parts remain but beyond simple explanation, moreover all meizu device will work if meizu provide that device specific patch as updates.
