Meizu sercice centre not supporting.HI Team,
i have purchase meizu m3s 5 month back and its touch sensor stop working just after 3 month. yesterday i went to meizu service centre to change its mtouch batton. i was surprised by the reply of executive. he told that its batton is not in stock and you have to submit your phone until we recieve your order. it will took 20 to 30 days. i told him that please inform me when you recieve my order then i will come for the service..and he refuse to do same and told that you must have to submit your phone to change it batton. All knows that meizu m3s m touch batton is very big failure of meizu. and its a common issue in mostely m3s. so why they are not supporting on his failure. i purchases it and support it a lot in india to show my love. but it hurts now. | |

In my case, service centre kept my phone for 15 days and I called them every 2nd day.
After 15 days, she said that I can take back my phone and they will inform me whenever the button comes and then I can come with the phone and get it replaced within 30 minutes. | |

in my case I submitted my mobile and in 15 days I got my button replaced .

As per rules you need to submit device. After submitting device contact with social media team they sure help. | |
