uninstall previous all google apps from Google apps installer or manually..uninstall google app installer...
delete "googleinstaller" folder from file manager. install this... and install google apps..  if not working tell me... | |

uninstall all google apps manually... then install this App. Chinese language only. if this app also not solve your problem.... Reflash same firmwhere(Which u r using currently).. Don't check clear data. Flashing same firmware does not loss any your data(personal data, installed apps, apps data, etc...). If this method also not working, Flash any firmware with Check Clear Data | |
