Mobile apps can help you eat right and get in shape – with some effort on your part, of course. In the fitness category, you can now follow route maps, track your steps, and even keep watch of your calories all from your mobile phone or tablet.  In given categories, you can find the healthiest restaurant or fast food options, get grades or scores on your healthy or not-so-healthy grocery store choices (and get advice on healthier choices), and even learn about produce and where to find a nearby farmer’s market. The possibilities in the app stores are numerous, and can be overwhelming to sort through.
