Hi all,
Please can someone help me?

I have a Meizu M6S android telephone on 6 May 2018 (Now using OS Flyme version 7.0.1.0G which I installed today 30 Aug. 2018)

When I first received it I set it up to my favourite settings and with the telephone dialpad set to 'beep' each
time I pressed a number button on the dialpad and
when I used the dialpad there was a 'beep'. 'beep', 'beep', as I pressed the buttons.

On the 30 May 2018 when I tried to use my Meizu M6s to telephone a person, the tones (beeps) no longer beeped,
so basically I want to hear the beep, beep, beep.

I contacted the seller (on AliExpress) and they told me to do a factory reset..but I really do not want to do this as I spent ages setting up the telephone.

I have checked the 'Sounds & Vibration' and 'System sounds & vibration' and set the 'Dialpad tones' to 'On' within Settings ...See attached photo.Do you know if this is a bug within the OS or how it should be set up to hear the beep, beep of the dialpad?

Also: Now using OS Flyme version 7.0.1.0G

Thanks.
