But it works fine for 2 days with MTS CDMA Sim, after that it suddenly stopped incoming and outgoing. SMS working still. And when I restart my handset it shows "Esn not compatible". What will do?

Meizu's each and every phone does not have CDMA enabled in them.
Better change your sim to GSM from CDMA or buy a new phone which is CDMA enabled. | |
