User561626480 replied at 2017-05-15 19:27 ESN is the number that uniquely identifies a phone on a CDMA network. 9 out of 10 times problems with EMS or bad EMS are caused by your carrier either because of unpaid bills, phone number already being activated on other device or buying a used phone. So before providing you with a solution I would recommend you to contact your carrier to solve this issue.

User561626480 replied at 2017-05-15 23:58 Try this, in dialer type *#*#3646633#*#* this will take you to the engineering mode. After that, go to bandmode>sim1 and scroll down. Enable every band in the CDMA section and press set. See if this helps.
