Go to app store, then in the search bar type, Gms installer then search you will find Google apps installer, install it. It will install the Google play store and other Google modules.

No sorry, Let them solve the issue first. Take some patience, they will soon publish the link for fixed update. Current available update for m3 note has many issues that you will then start war against meizu. So just wait for the upcoming fixed update.

Not actually, as the new update has improved the battery consumption also seems much stable than old versions. yeah lack of Volte may be disappointing but as you know forum moderators already said that m2 may not get Volte in coming days. BTW, keep enjoy the new uodate.
