If you notice the topic is for flyme 5.1.6.0G "only" not 5.1.3.1G. How you got user center 5.7.0 on flyme 5.1.3.1G?
As I remember flyme 5.1.3.1G does not contain any user center app! only "A" version had it. Anyway If you want to root your rom and you installed user center I posted in this topic (version 5.7.0) first uninstall it and then download this app. Or you could download flyme version 5.1.6.0.G for your phone.

Doesn't wrk on my m2 note

I have no idea how the "User Center 5.7.0" ended up on my 5.1.3.1G, but it's there and believe me I didn't installed it myself. And I can not uninstall it as it is an system App.I am just wondering, how you guys are able to replace a system app without root. Or your Use center wasn't preinstalled? Thank you.

I wrote on the first page that it doesn't work on m2 note

The app I posted works on android 5.1.6.0G without problem. We have the same user center 5.7.0 pre-installed but, we are able to replace it with the app I posted. I don't know what is wrong with your rom. You can either try flyme 5.1.6.0.G  or wait for flyme 5.1.7.0.G.
