It's not a virus or Trojan, spyware or any other types of harmful viruses.  Potential unwanted programs means it could install some other apps or programs with it that in user center case it's apps and programs you need to root your phone like some .sh files and... Some meizu apps has this issue but, it's not harmful. It's actually,  just a false message because, of codes that those apps use and Avast warns you that it could install some other apps or programs with it too. In some of android apps this kinds of warns are related to some commercial or junk apps or codes that main app will install with it but, in meizu case it's just necessarry softweres and codes you need to root your device so, it's totally safe.

Can you go to meizu recovery? Turn you phone off then Volume Up + Power for a couple of seconds. If you went to recovery then simply put update.zip rom in your phone storage and re install your rom by click on update

First of all you should provide information where to download this "user center"
Second, what if there is no "fingerprint/user center" on setting

I have been trying this. A QUESTION is, "re install your rom by click on update", after this I click on restart os start? And than start  CHECKING FIRMWARE , and never finish again.

Maybe your update.zip file is broken or you did something with recovery
Or maybe your device is not international version so, you need to download any version of "A" roms from Chinese flyme site not "G"roms from here. In my opinion if you didn't buy you phone from official meizu store on Europe then there is high chance that it's Chinese version and you should install "A" roms on your device

If you have meizu m2 note maybe this tutorial does not work for you sorry, I have pro5 and saw mx5 menu too but, never saw m2 note before
