Sorry about that, but we can't help here if you forgot the previous password, try to reset the password with the ex-owner's email, or you need to go to your local service center about this.

Well, our administrator answered your question. Some time ago there was option to unbind account from phone. Maybe it isn't possible anymore. Try to write email again. If won't help, contact previous owner or give phone to repair service.
