Hello, Irecently updated my Meizu MX5 from 4.5.4.1A to 5.1.6.0A. It'svery nice, the phone is much faster than in the past and it looks better. Iencountered one problem with setting my yahoo mail to the email applicationfrom my Meizu MX5. Ichose "other" domain (the other options where for gmail, outlook,etc) but after entering my address and password it says: "incorrectusername or password or protocol". I am sure that my credentials arecorrect. Yesterdayit worked, but today it asked for re-entering password and after that itdoesn't work anymore. What can I do? Thank you! | |

Hello Arka!
I know that now (after updating to 5.1.6.0A) I can make update OTA (over the air). Before that I could not search for updates from Settings, I could only update by PC - by adding update.zip to my phone and load it from recovery mode. But for the moment, I want to stay a while to 5.1.6.0  because I like it and I admit that I fear a little to update in order not to encounter problems that I don't have in present.So, please help me with the settings to add my yahoo email to the phone. Problem solved!
It was due to yahoo updating password. It is not any problem with my phone/software or email application. After logging in to desktop outlook I managed to log in to my phone. Closed | |
