Latest Update to Pokémon GO Blocks Rooted Devices:The latest update bring a 2 new feature:Buddy Pokémon,Pokémon GO Plus.
But this new update version 0.37.0, essentially blocks out rooted users.With the update, Niantic has officially taken a stance against all users who are rooted, or jailbroken if you are an iOS user. We’d like to speculate that this move is directed towards the GPS spoofers that are seen aplenty, capturing gyms by appearing out of thin air. "We continue to focus on eliminating bots and scrapers from Pokémon GO. Rooted or jailbroken devices are not supported by Pokémon GO. Remember to download Pokémon GO from the official Google Play Store or iTunes App Store only." so locking out root users makes sense, right? Never In Xposed framework there are already modules to hide root from the application that do this now for banking apps. A large portion of people with rooted phones didn't cheat, they're now being blocked from playing the game. That isn't exactly fair. I think it's ridiculous, I never cheated on Pokemon go and now I can't play only because I have root on my phone. I'm really pissed off

I hate Niantic!
I prefer rooted device than playing Pokemon Go... but if there is a way we can install Magisk without have to unlock the bootloader it will be nice.. | |

@wewenk It would be nice if someone made an app to just disable the internal root temorarely if were not going to get Magisk running

yeah, with inbuilt root, flyme user can not play popular game and some apps like snapchat because of their OS. I'm pissed of by this OS devs, Niantic just take fair measure to ensure their game balanced.
