Smartphone has become an integral part of our lives. Whether it is shopping or being connected with our friends, getting the latest news from around the world or keeping a check on our mails, the smartphone helps us get it all done. We cannot imagine how our world would be in today's era without having the smartphone.

That being said, the smartphone is surely making us addicted to it. We often keep checking our phone every now and then sometimes absent mindedly or without any reason. Like any other addiction, the more we use it, the more it is becoming difficult for us to live without it.

So the question to you now is, Can you live one whole day without using your smartphone. Or are you too addicted to it. I personally cannot imagine a day without my smartphone...
