No, my apn is ok. The problem is in italy. In italy with our operator network we have a lot of problem with switch between 3g and 4g and the connection, it's unstable and than we can't use even the browser sometimes. They know it because it's a common bug, but we are here without a firmware because they have not yet fixed it. So I've the right to be angry because i paid extra to have official international phone, but the irony is that it works best with chinese A firmware. So why should I pay extra? Excuse me but I know what i say and what the problem are here.

Azzurra I live in Italy too and today I will receive M3 note I bought for my girlfriend, what is your phone operator, wind, tim, vodafone? Did you tried with different sims? Did you tried to switch to "preferred 3g" in order to avoid 4g 3g switching? You can try this for the moment and retry to enable 4g after next firmware update.

Thank you, but i've already tried to switch in pref 3g, my operator is 3. The connection is more stable and i don't have lots of problem, sometimes yes but less than before, but the point is that there are some connection problem, the smartphone is on the market for three months, and we have not received any updates. Some people in italian forum have a lots of problem with connection. This kind of situation really piss me off.
