m2 5.1.9.0Y root?

After update from 5.1.6.0G to 5.1.9.0Y,


root permission is gone and can't find to root under Security settings.


Also, Account Center can't update. I need to root urgently because I hate the default font so so much and


need to change with my custom font that's not on Theme Store.
