Since there will be anything that allows to play with root I refuse to install again that game and I'm not going to give up root for playing Pokemon go

Yeah, flyme is have inbuilt root mechanism, even if you doesn't activated it. So, no Pokemon Go for flyme user. Except flash another ROM.
