Enable WiFi band selection between 2.4 and 5GHzRight now I am unable to fully utilize the WiFi connection off my AP's (Ubiquiti AC-Lite), when both channels are enabled my M3 note (Flyme 5.1.3.2G) will only utilize the 2.4GHz channel. Only when disabling the 2.4GHz channel on the AP's do I get 5GHz, the speed difference is also very significant, 2.4GHz gets a max off 54Mbit while 5GHz gets up to a 110Mbit. I have enabled bandsteering on my AP's for testing but the phone ignores it completely.
I cannot find a selection option in the WiFi menu so I am assuming this does not exist yet. Can it be done? Regards, Bjorn | |
