I bought a Meizu m2 at the Official Representative. The store salesman did not check the phone's performance. The next day, pulling out of the box the phone, I've found that does not work SIM tray 2. The store refused to change the warranty to a new phone. They said that I broke it. But the phone was defective since the factory or has been previously repaired, and later was sold as a new phone.Whether replacing a new phone possible? And how do I do ?!
