We all know the root is the organ of aplant that typically lies below the surface of the soil. And Rooting is theprocess of allowing users of smartphones, tablets and other devices running theAndroid mobile operating system to attain privileged control (known as rootaccess) over various Android subsystems. Rooting is often performed to overcominglimitations that carriers and hardware manufacturers put on some devices.Rooting lets all user-installed applicationsrun privileged commands typically unavailable to the devices in the stockconfiguration. Rooting is required for more advanced and potentially dangerousoperations including modifying or deleting system files, removing pre-installedapplications, and low-level access to the hardware itself (rebooting, controlling status lights, or recalibrating touch inputs.)In different devicesdifferent method for rooting in some phone just install a apk like kingroot etcand click a button automatic rooted your phone or in flyme os alreadypermission user to get access of root.and some devices  rooting methods involve use of the commandprompt and development interface called Android Debug Bridge (ADB).
1st CONS:
·        When you root yourphone warranty become void in some brands like Sony , Motorola ,Lg , Htc etc .Butin chinese brand like xiaomi , one plus support root.even Meizu include rootaccess directly in Flyme os.
·        If a user not followproper instruction chance to  bricking thedevice then your phone just a paperwait .Able use but need to go in servicecenter and also able to solve but process so hard not easy for normal user.
·        Last and importantcons all we know about hacking if a user install a Malware app then his or her system became effected because before rooting there is Shield of android toprotect you but now this option disable.
·        Not get official update for android version after root same this point also not applicable for allbrands.
2nd PROS:
There is number of advantage also ofrooting.like:
·        Full control ofthe CPU and kernel.
·        Full applicationcontrol, including the ability to backup, restore, or batch edit applications,or to remove bloatware that comes pre-loaded on many phones.
·        There is numberof apps aviable in playstore just working for rooted phone. After root user ableto play with his or her device like battery increase, processer overclock orunderclock, able to make your phone high end.so a normal user has no idea aboutuse of root.
·        Some time usernot able to move app fully to the sd card from internal storage but in rooted device has number of app easily move full app in sd card. This is very helpful for devices has only 8gb,16gb internal storage.
·        And last main point user able to use custom rom which provide number of extra feature from a stockandroid.
So if you not need then not try rootyour device a large number of user use their phones without root .But if youwant to root just follow proper steps and install app which already known andtry to use google playstore.
