Rather than info hub it looks more like a news screen... Looks like an unnecessary burden on the RAM and continuous usage of mobile data (2G/3G/4G) if you are using data packs as the news would be continuously refreshed in background... If people want news they can anytime download a news app so for me this function is not required... But a good idea to utilise the left screen space though for those who read news a lot...

This may result in battery drainage .......flyme team would not consider it right now or in future.

Its a very nice feature for news lovers like me! If we can integrate 3rd party apps like Flipboard, then it would be even awesome! I would get instant updates on tech news, etc...
