Hello,
since a previous formatting of my phone it does not update anymore. The app store doesn't work. Unable to download Google install. And unable to update TouchPal, as well as the browser.
And I can't download a patch from the internet as stated on the flyme forum.
When I try to format from the phone off I can't select the option: 'Copy the update.zip file to the root directory of your device', because it puts me an error.
And I also have a problem before that: I can't change my old flyme account with my old phone number. Even if I have created another username and password, it makes me that I must first log out properly. So I can't connect to flyme from my phone but only from the internet.
Do you have a solution please?

depuis un précédent formatage de mon téléphone celui-ci ne se met plus à jour. L'app store ne marche pas. Impossible de télécharger Google installer. Et impossible de mettre à jour TouchPal, ainsi que le navigateur.
Et je ne peux pas télécharger un correctif à partir d'internet comme indiqué sur le forum de flyme.
Quand j'essaie de formater à partir du téléphone éteins je ne peux pas sélectionner l'option: 'Copy the update.zip file to the root directory of your device', car ça me met une erreur.
Et j'ai aussi un problème antérieur à ça:
Je n'arrive pas à changer mon ancien compte flyme avec mon ancien numéro de téléphone. Même si j'ai créé un autre identifiant et mot de passe, ça me met qu'il faut d'abord que je me déconnecte correctement. Donc je ne peux pas me connecter à flyme à partir de mon téléphone mais que d'internet.
Avez vous une solution s'il-vous-plaît ?
