I am from Turkey and when I was in China several years ago. I've bought Meizu Mx3. I was not using this phone for several years but recently I wanted to use it. I made a hard reset but after having the hard reset, I cannot log-in to Flyme account. When I change the page to english, it says I must enter my real name and identification number. I enter my real name but can you help me with identification number? What is it? How can I get it?
