Did you have solution? Issue solved or no? I have eaqual problem I was listening my Music phone was in pocket , so somehow I switched it on but as I remember at night I worked up accidently or maybe cause of music playing in my ears and I think I taped while dreaming on screen and log out from flyme account . Anyway issue is phone is blocked I did several times put password is remember but it wasn't worked , than I tried renovate my password through flyme account u can do it through web put your flyme account as login or phone number and try your phone number will have only 30 seconds opportunity cause of security than u recieve SMS from Meizu with code to restore password , you have to put some card in another working phone. But after this procedure I still can't unlock my phone ... Why ?!?! Maybe u will be success. Goodbluck
