Hi. I got a used Meizu M5c smartphone. I tried to register my Flyme account on this phone, but I couldn't, as it seems that the former owner's account is still connected to this device. I did a hard reset in an attempt to remove this old account, but it didn't even work. I sent e-mail to this address flyme.service@meizu requesting help, but nobody answered me. I don't know what else to do. Could somebody here help me with this, please? | |

I contacted them at mzcs@meizu.com. They answered me and the problem is already being solved now.
