Hello, I have a problem: recently I was trying to take a picture on my phone, but suddenly it froze and didnt respond to anything. Then I held down the power button for a long time, and the phone shut down and rebooted for several times. After that the screen says "Phone is locked" and it doesnt let me type in my flyme ID or whatever, and the password is always incorrect. I can not use my phone :(

I did not steal the phone and I have the flyme account, although I dont remember if it's bound to the phone or no (I tried to do it once but it failed so I kind of decided to forget it). I really dont know what to do, because it doesnt even say my account name, just "null" and I have no idea why or what that means.
