Maybe a section in the security app to select which apps can show icon notifications and which apps cannot. Just a suggestion.

No, its irritating. you have to open/delete each delivered message to remove that bubble. or Their should be enable disable option for bubble notification.

For me its must have function. It will make Flyme More Strong and noticeable. Please apply on priority basis. For Cons supports Flyme should add enable/disable button which is good for both. Hope you understand.
