my device is with Flyme 7.1.1.0


I noticed that many reminder apps use standart system dialogs for choosing date and time. This dialogs rely on system settings to select the first day of week (monday or sunday). My native language is russian, but I prefer english for the interface and also I prefer monday as the first day. The problem is that if I choose any english (there are only two english locales us, new zeland), the first day in the system dialog is sunday. I tried to switch to uk as the region (they prefer mondays unlike in the us), the first day does not change. There is also no english (uk) in the language list though when googling I found that many uk natives solved this by choosing english (uk) locale on their devices.

Is there a solution to this issue?
