As option you can update your device to leaked Flyme 6.3.1.0G firmware (you can find it for M3s). It resolves issue with Google services.

I have the same problem with my Meizu M2 but no replay from anyone from MEIZU. That is really making a very bad impresion.
I hope that someone from Meizu is working on it, otherwise we have to think in replacing the phone by a new one and for sure it will not be a Meizu anymore | |
