Hi, Meizu 16th supports mCharge 4.0, max charging power is 24W. 12V 2A

1. Can I charge the phone using a QC3 non-Meizu charger of 12V 2A and mCharge will be available? 2. Is there something special with the Type C cable provided with the phone and I'll get mCharge only with it?
3. Does the provided charger support QC3?

I'm trying to understand what should I have to get mCharge with all of my chargers, I have only QC compatible chargers and only one mCharger that I got with the phone.
