So lately my phone is having an issues. One is that my phone suddenly power off even though my phone still have some charge in it and that if i turn on my phone it shows a battery percentage of 1%. And there is some instances that if i charge my phone it will drastically jumps from let say 4% to 40% in a couple of minutes idk if this is a software thing or a hardware thing. Two is that it cannot mcharge no more, it is so slow it takes me 4 hours to reach 80%, idk if my charger is broken of a software thing again. And third battery drains fast.

I need help.......
