Interesting.
I have a Meizu 15, 7.0.2.1G. The instructions as written did not work. In QuickShortcutMaker there was no 'Flyme'. However, I found the shortcut destination under 'Meizu Account'. Once located, the instructions worked as described.

Attempting to system update confirms no OTA support on rooted devices, which confirms it worked.
