I can't install google services appwhen I install from App Store it is down loading but not working

just install Google play services version 12.6.88 from apkmirror and replace the updated version... it's ***in bugy, worked for me...

Hey, please try downloading any alternate play services version for your device. The current one released by Google is buggy for all lollipop devices.
