That is such an unhelpful answer! Of course that user tried to multiple times before reaching out for help on here. If you don't have a solution, the best way to handle it is to apologise, and ensure the issue gets passed on to the people in charge so they know what they need to fix!

I believe you. I'm not a part of this beta testing but when I try to take screen record of apps crashing, it saves in "Files". But when I try to upload the file to Messenger or Instagram or Snapchat, it says "You have no files"!!!

why flyme 7 not including Vulkan?
vulkan is one of software rendering in Android N, some game developer using vulkan for getting best and high quality grapich like ARK Survival Evolved. to run game like that must on android n and have a vulkan support. and  i think all of device in flyme 7 support to enabling vulkan api/driver.
