cannnot open whatapps . it closed whenever executeHello. I bought the Meizu M6 Note (M721H model) it comes with Flyme 6.1.4.1G, Android version 7, the wasap does not work, nor now the Play Store, all are closed when executing them
I have updated the phone with the upgrade that I downloaded (Update.zip 1.48GB) which is the same as the mobile phone and it still does not work. it getting worse, now I can not access the Photo Gallery (the screen remains blank). | |

When you try to upgrade it, have you been backing up and wipe your data?

My phone like kerul's phone. When i open CH Play, camera, dowload title in Files, all are closed. And photo gallery cannot acess, too.
