I really didn't understand whay is the problem, so please include screenshot in this thread,
and if its really a bug then report this in bug saction

I mean when my phone is locked and I take a picture than I review all my pictures even my phone is locked

I dont think so this problem is anymore. Try to update to latest version, the problem is fixed. You cannot access other photos from the locked screen camera app.

The lastest version is fine
