I'm a bit late with this but but 6.3.0.0G is now officially released.

Like I said before, It's a same old and obsolete Android 6 and therefore, naturally Flyme 7 with all it's bells and whistles like shiny new notifications, dark mode etc. is simply incompatible with it so don't expect it until Android 7 comes to global (funny jokes here). Also, NFC and heart rate sensor are still disabled, nothing new here. Enjoy.

Emm...Actually Flyme 7 Beta now is avliable in China，you can go to www.flyme.cn to download(No Google Servise,you should install it by yourself).There are many excellent features in Flyme 7!
Meizu is just a small company in China.Don't like Xiaomi or Huawei.So if you want more ROMs,better supporting,you should buy Xiaomi.
Why Meizu can't unlock bootloader?Because Flyme is the most important way to raise money(in China),and PRO 7 series didn't sell in China very well,so...you know(if Meizu allows global devices unlock bootloader,users in China might patch it,let it works on China devices well,then Flyme may be...)
If you don't like Meizu anymore,OnePlus and Xiaomi is the better choice,or Pixel?(It is really expensive,at least for me ,haha)

Okay, let's discuss it a bit.
1. Yes, we were talking about Chinese firmware and how it is so much better in so many ways than the global one. That is precisely the point: why is global so awful comparing to Chinese?
2. We know Meizu is a small company but it doesn't justify horrific global support. If you decide to go on the global market6 well, make sure to have your customers satisfied. Right?
3. I can't really see the logic. Meizu is making phones, it sells phones, not software. Even though, if it is so important fo force everyone in China to use Flyme you can still unlock the boot loader on request by ID like XIaomi or ZUK did. By ID you can very easily tell if the phone is global or Chinese. No patch can help you if the phones are unlocked individually by ID. Actually, I know it for the fact that Meizu already does it for internal purposes like testing.
4. My point in buying Meizu was it's sound. Unfortunately, no OnePlus or Xiaomi (actually nothing up to V30 for that matter) is on par with Pro 6 Plus regarding the sound. However, after using Meizu for almost a year now I am not sure if the sound is really worth so many compromises.

Another one that is disappointed, and a lot with the global Rom, did not expect this puzzle from MEIZU AND NOW I HAVE A TOUCH.

I expected more from Meizu, I did not consider her the Chinese of the bunch. I considered her a Chinese manufacturer of SERIES, even flyme had a good opinion. My surprise is to buy my first meizu, a Meizu PRO 6 PLUS, and check the big software problems that have their global rom. The Play store did not come to understand, a normal user would be problematic to aceder, something as essential in Android as Google's Play store.

La rom china la considero buena, decente, pero solo en chino e inglés, otros usuarios a la desastrosa global rom multiligue pero mala y no play store de lo que no hace Xiaomi, o moto/Lenovo, o leeco, o ZTE/ Nubia.
