can't update my phonehello guys, I got the 721Q version and it came with 6.1.4.5A version, there is no update app on mphone, no Opera max vpn and the check for update column in settings do not work!! downloaded a 6.1.4.7A firmware but can't still update, shows error..below is the screenshot of how the downloaded file shows in my phone

backup all you doc and settings, factory reset to check the real version.
Your phone may be modified by sellers. Alternatively, you can download 6.1.4.5A and restart to recovery mode, check what's going on with it. | |
