Flyme 6.3.0.0G is out for m3 note. Download it from http://flymeos.com/firmware and flash it with clear data ticked to fix the issue.

I've been having the same problem, M3 Note model as well. I modified some APNs definitions by accident when landing abroad, since I couldn't obtain mobile data via roaming, and now returning to my home country the problem persisted.
Also, I've just updated to 6.3.0.0G through your website (I was using 6.2.0.0G, up to date as the phone would indicate), and still no connection to mobile data. Should I just do a factory reset, would that fix the problem? | |
