1. Download the relevant firmware from http://www.flymeos.com/firmware.html onto your computer 2. Whilst the phone is off, press and hold the volume + key and power on the phone.Keep pressing the button combination (vol+ and power button) until you get the recovery screen (refer to the attached screenshot) 3. Connect your phone via USB to your pc You will notice a partition of your phone will be available for you. 4. Copy the previously downloaded firmware to this partition 5. Hit "start" on the recovery screen on the phone to start the process. (different parameters such as the "clear data" option may need to be selected for a succesful wipe)
