I. Now recruitment of Moderators for each section of Flyme Forum is begin!

II.Requirements:
1.Love internet, mobile phones, forum, Meizu and Flyme.
2.Remain neutral during forum discussions, and do not form cliquesor separate factions.
3.Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding about the section and its development.
4.Have enough Internet time to ensure timely management of the sections’ daily affairs, at least 2 hours/day.
5.Have good interpersonal skills, coordinating and organizing ability; able to get along well with and properly manage Flyme fans and the administrator team.
6.Have the capability to produce essential content, and able to actively guide Flyme Fans to choose high-quality topics.
7.Review threads and replies everyday, keep spams and ads away; Help and answer questions from the other forum users.


III.Important Notice:
1.Each Flyme Fans can apply to be the moderator of one sector only;
2.Flyme Fans interested in Moderator position please filing the below information and send to jack.zhang@meizu.com
3.Please indicate your basic personal information, reasons for application, advantages over other Flyme Fans for this position, and your understanding and ideas about Flyme in your application.
4.The moderator of the section will serve Flyme Fans on a voluntary basis during his tenure.
5.Each moderator has one month trial period, during the period, moderator need to reach the follow target:
1). Generate 4 essential contents/month;
2) get 100 moderator points/month (count by the forum's back end, each moderating action will get points);
3) Reply / Thread rate for the whole section should be higher than 10

IV. Privileges:
1. As a moderator, you can get more rights in the forum like highlight, stick, edit and delete threads, and own the mederator medal;
2. There're prize for semi-year and annual best moderator, and get special offer from Flyme;
3. Excellent moderator will have the opportunity to join Meizu launch event
