Strange behaviour of phoneHi, I would like to understand better some strange behaviour that began with M3S.
The bad symptoms are: a) in the morning 3 or 4 long vibration tones of unknown origin b) the Home button works sometimes during the day, but sometimes not, I have to use Smart Touch to compensate. c) 3 or 4 times a day, the phone turns off from standby state. I must long press to turn it on again....like Soft Reset (very bad). I scanned the phone with some antiviruses, but they found nothing noticeable. The symptoms could be hardware related, but they are so different one from other. Someone could help me to understand more? Thanks.

Meizu is pathetic!! your problem is a common hardware issue. Go seek some professional help at one of meizu service centers.

用户5202220356 replied at 2017-12-29 22:36 Dear User, I went to official repair centre, but they couldn't help immediately because the phone was purchased outside of European Union where I live. Reading the problems I wrote, do you think that changing the battery could help to solve? You say the hardware problem is common, but do you know more or less what is related to? Thanks so much for the answer.

User5201678904 create on 2018-01-02 19:46 Well i didn't face any of the latter problems with my own M3s. A friend of mine faced something similar he had to change the home button of his M3s because it stopped working and i can confirm that the phone did restart randomly before he changed the home button. My phone faced different problems. I had to personally send it twice to an authorized service center.

Pl0gue create on 2018-01-03 00:52 The first time was because of a michrophone failure. The other one which got rejected was because my screen do suffer from a severe "burn-in effect" (red lines in flyme 5). About changing the battery i'm not authorized to tell. If the battery is cheap try replacing it but be careful not to void your warranty if still useful.

Hey, the first point is a bug. The engineers are yet to understand what causes it but they will soon. You will have to get your mBack key replaced from a service center as it is faulty. Please update to Flyme 6.2.0.0G with clear data ticked to see if the issue has been fixed or not. If it isn't, then please report it as a bug in the bug section.
