Meizu pro 7plus, global romI am very unhappy with the customer service. I tried to contact both the flyme and the meizu customer service about my problem.
After i downloaded the global rom, i cant enter the system again, it wont enter the programs. Its just a loading wheel, and the flyme logo, and nothing happens. when i flash it with the computer, i used almost all the chinese versions, maybe 8 or 10. but it wont work, and it just says "the firmware is too old, please use a new version to upgrade". It has almost been three weeks, i have been waiting for them to make a new version that accepts the global rom. And during those three weeks i have downloaded all the latest versions, but its still the same problem, none of them is compitable. I know its not only me that has this problem, i have been in contact with many more. I didnt want to write you a bad review, but i had no choise. I used almost 700 dollars on this phone, and I cant use it. I hope that flyme or meizu will help us soon to make a chinese version that is compitable for blobal rom. | |

it's worth a try, but I will upload the firmware I used to get mine working again to my Google Drive and send you the link for it. I'm currently on 6.1.2og

im just up loading now... it might take a while where i am, i have a poor signal at present.
Ill post a download link once its on my google drive. I hope it works for you i was in the same situation i bricked my phone unrooting it, this was the only firmware that worked. | |

My phone would not boot after trying to unroot it. i was stuck with the flyme screen with a spinning disk. i tried a few downloads that said firmware to old... i thought the phone was going to be useless. but then i tried this one wiped all the data and it worked. i've used it a couple of times as well now. seems to work.
But this is very poor from Meizu they should have a stock firmware that will boot over the top anything that is on the phone. and the customer support is very poor.. i came from elephone and to be fair to them about a year ago they were also very poor and sorting software problems.. but they are actually good now. I thought meizu being a bigger company would be much better at implementing updates... | |
