My data is not clearingTried a lot that while installing a firmware,i am ticking clear data,but my internal storage files are not cleaned until i initiate a format manually after installation.Anybody have a solution.Tried lot of times.Same problem.Clear data not working even in recovery also.Moderators help me.

remember that if you check clear app data ,
then only App Data will be clear, not entire internal storage. so it is normal... | |

to clear internal data, you need to reset the phone with clear internal storage ticked,,,while installing firmware, it only clears the installed app and their data
