after changingcinese rom my phone meizu m3 note, my phone reboots to a black screen with the meizu logo and you do not get a command from the keys or connect to usb from pc

Tried everything,even soldiering a micro usb cable , you have to go to a service center,there is nothing that you can do at home if you dont have MRT dongle.I am waiting to see if the service center will succeed,if not... i have to look for a different service center...

My meizu M3 note is rebooting again n again n again n again continuesly
After I downgrade

And ADB says unknown partitioning during flash recovery or framework

And so flash tool says Brom error sand data fail

What I can do to flash

So please give me solution of that please
